This website

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it checks for automated traffic. If you get in touch

If you email or call, I keep your name, contact details and what we discussed so I can reply, arrange a demo and keep a record of business contacts. The lawful basis is legitimate interests. This information is stored in my email account and in Notion, my workspace for contacts and notes.

Landowners

The screening uses public map data and contains no owner information. Where there is a reason to find out who owns a particular parcel, for example to work with that owner's land agent, ownership may be checked through HM Land Registry. Owner names are never put in site reports, shortlists or site titles, and are only shared with a developer with the owner's agreement.

How long information is kept

Contact records are reviewed at least once a year and deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by emailing the address above. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
