Who runs this site

This website is run by Alexander Abdu, trading as Novum Vetus. Contact: [email protected]. By using the site you accept these terms.

What the content is

The site describes how Novum Vetus screens land for solar, battery storage and biodiversity net gain. It is general information, not advice. Nothing on it is a valuation, a planning opinion, a grid connection offer, or legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship.

The animated map and the site report shown on the home page are illustrative. The field, the scores and the figures are invented to show how the screening works. They do not describe any real site or landowner.

Screening scores

Scores are a starting point for a professional to check, not a conclusion. They are built from public data that can be incomplete, coarse or out of date, such as provisional farmland grades and reported grid headroom. Always take advice from a qualified land agent, surveyor, planning consultant or grid connection specialist before making a decision about land.

Liability

The content is provided as it is, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
